From time to time we all have home PC support emergencies. From a hard drive failing or corrupting to finding that your broadband is not working at that critical moment when you are trying to connect to your place of work or business.

If your call is urgent and not within our normal support hours don’t worry, we can still provide help and assistance.  Our engineers are available round the clock, just call 0844 736 5666 and what ever your PC Problem we will get you up and running as quickly  as possible.

If a problem arises with your IT Equipment during your business day Linea-IT realise this can cost you time and money.

If your business is suffering an IT problem or a PC problem  and you need someone to fix it fast call us and talk to one of our engineers who will get you up and running again quickly.

Emergency Call Out Rates

If you are not one of our customers with a home PC support contract or a business

IT Support contract our rates for emergency call outs are as follows:

£60 per hour after 20:00 hours and up to midnight

£100 per hour after midnight until 08:00 hours

Prices do not include value added tax  which will be added at the current rate
